That’s why we’ve embraced the latest programming frameworks in the Telerik DevCraft by Progress R3 release: ASP.NET Core, Angular 2, Universal Windows Platform and Xamarin. But we didn’t stop there. We also improved our jQuery, MVC and WebForms components, added new tooling for faster Line-of-Business desktop development and tagged our reporting solution as ”feature-complete.”

Highlights include:
Web UI
- New Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core, the most complete UI suite for ASP.NET Core development on the market, with 60+ tried-and-test widgets, based on Kendo UI.
- New Kendo UI for Angular 2 (beta), a jQuery-free toolset, written in TypeScript, designed from the ground up to offer true, native Angular 2 components.
- Traditional Kendo UI is now Kendo UI for jQuery and the go-to UI suite for jQuery, React and AngularJS 1.x development. It includes new Media Player and Dialog widgets, as well as data entry enhancements in the Spreadsheet and all dropdowns.
- New Dialog and Media Player components for Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC, plus improvements in AutoComplete, ComboBoxEditor, Scheduler and more.
- New CheckBoxList and RadioButtonList components, Bullet and Vertical Box Plot chart types in Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX, and a modernized demo app that works with Bootstrap 4.

Mobile UI
- UWP support for Xamarin.Forms in Telerik UI for Xamarin.

Desktop UI
- Introducing the only tool for converting legacy Windows Forms applications to Telerik UI for WinForms, plus a new Map control.
- New RadPasswordBox control, Cartesian 3D Chart and Document Merg in RichTextBox for Telerik UI for WPF, plus RadLayoutControl is now official.

Reporting and Report Server
- Built-in support for interactive Table of Contents (ToC), similar to Word and PDF.
- Custom interactivity actions, printing on continuous paper, PDF Security, performance improvements and more.
- New RESTful Report Server APIs, to help make the Report Server an integrated part of your software solutions.
