Tom Kincaid: At Progress we can work around the clock

Vice President Engineering Tom Kincaid at Progress was present during the EMEAPUG Challenge 2016 that was held in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. Tom has a lot of experience in working with global development teams.

The yearly held event EMEAPUG Challenge 2016 took place in The Netherlands from October 5th to 7th, in the wonderful Grand Hotel ter Duin in the coastal village Noordwijk. More than 500 users, developers and partners from Progress were following a busy three day programme, full packed with workshops, presentations, keynotes and breakout sessions about subjects like OpenEdge, the new Kendo UI Builder and building a Saas-platforms and Mobile applications.

During the EMEAPUG Challenge several Progress executives were available for an interview. Early this year Progress announced the cloud-based digital transformation solution Progress DigitalFactory, and the partners and developers are important parties in gaining business success with DigitalFactory. Dutch portal Release had the opportunity to interview four Progress executives on the latest developments.
This second interview is with Vice President Engineering Tom Kincaid. Tom talks about the benefits of working with global development teams and the benefits of working with an agile methodology.
